2008 annual subscription payments are now due. These are: $40 for full members, $20 for student members, $120 for corporate members. Payments by electronic Automatic Payment (AP) are encouraged, provided the following guidelines are adhered to:

After making the payment, send an email to the NZSE Treasurer (chris.pemberton@chmeds.ac.nz) to confirm you have made an AP. You will receive a receipt and your payment records will be updated within a fortnight when the payment is confirmed on our account statement.

Ensure that the details to appear on the Payee Statement clearly show your name and the nature of the payment (eg J Bloggs subs).

The Payee details required are: NZ Society of Endocrinology, account number: 06-0577-0096721-00

Alternatively send cash or a cheque payable to New Zealand Society of Endocrinology to:

Application forms for NZSE membership

Complete the appropriate form and post to the NZSE secretary. Nomination for membership by two existing NZSE members is normally required; if this prevents difficulties please contact the secretary. You will be advised of your admission to the Society following the next Executive Council meeting (held at least every 3 months). Your membership fee will be requested at the next annual subscription payment date.
